Private Dining Room

Bilson’s private dining room sits a maximum of 18 guests, allowing them the comfort only experienced in Europe’s Michelin Star restaurants. An intimate space with artwork by acclaimed artist John Walker and a large Georgian window overlooking Sydney's Pitt Street. Wooden doors with glass panels allow guests to look onto the main dining room while maintaining privacy. An exquisite space.

Boasting the comfort of Michelin Star restaurants, Bilson’s main dining room is full of warmth and charm. Featuring 5 large Georgian windows, spectacular designer light fittings and an eclectic collection of artwork - all combine to complete the effect of this beautiful dining room that seats 80 - 100 guests.
