Fine Gueule: We refer to this as our choice menu, giving guests an opportunity to create their own 3-course menu from a selection of 5 Entrées, Main Courses and Desserts. Supplemented by complimentary Amuse Bouche and Petit Sucré. The menu costs $130 per person. (Dietary requirements can be accommodated.)
Fin Bec: A degustation menu that offers guests a selection of 7 different tasting courses designed to delight the senses. Supplemented by complimentary Amuse Bouche and Petit Sucré.
The menu costs $145 per person. (Dietary requirements can be accommodated with sufficient notice.) To include matching wines with each course, we offer an Australian selection at an additional $65 per person and a French selection at an additional $90 per person.
Fine Bouche: A degustation menu that is without question the ultimate Bilson’s has to offer and showcases the unique and extraordinary talents of the Bilson’s team. Experience classic and contemporary cooking through 10 different courses, using the best of Australian produce. The menu costs $185 per person. (Dietary requirements can be accommodated with sufficient notice.) To include matching wines with each course, we offer an Australian selection at an additional $95 per person and a French selection at an additional $130 per person.
